Frequently asked questions

Do you already have a grant in mind but still have unanswered questions? We have answered the most common ones for you in advance.

Although we are always dependent on your input, we relieve you of administrative tasks and protect you from errors that could lead to problems with your funding. This saves you time, especially when it comes to drawing up guidelines, checking restrictions and compiling the necessary documents before and during the project. When you work with us, you always have your head free for the implementation of your project.
As we offer our funding analysis free of charge, we would first like to get to know you in a non-binding telephone call or video conference and briefly outline your ideas together so that we can assess the chances of success for your project
Yes, you will always have an experienced technical consultant and a commercial consultant as direct contacts. As we attach great importance to having our own junior staff, it is possible that a talented young person will be brought in to support you during the course of the project. Your main contact persons are always available for you.
For most programs - but not always - you can start at your own risk once you have submitted your application. In any case, we will always give you reliable information on when you can get started.
This depends heavily on the selected funding program. When we receive your application, we will give you a deadline for submission, which we always aim to meet. This does not always work. However, we guarantee that we will always adhere to the submission deadlines and that you will not suffer any disadvantages if you have to wait a few days longer. If you have something deadline-critical, we will of course bring your project forward so that you don't lose out on a grant.
As soon as the shareholding is > 25%, we need the information on the affiliated companies.
As a rule, we work on a success-oriented basis. This means that if your project is finally rejected for technical reasons, we normally do not receive a fee. For some projects, we work with a small expense fee, for example in two-stage application procedures
