For the refurbishment of a "Worst Performing Building" (WPB), the applicant receives an additional repayment subsidy of 10%.
Municipalities can receive a grant of up to 40% or 50% (incl. WPB funding).
Applications may be submitted by private individuals and sole proprietorships, freelancers, domestic and foreign
Companies in the commercial sector that are majority privately owned, municipal companies, non-profit organizations and churches, commercial banks, cooperative banks and savings banks as well as contracting providers that provide energy services for non-residential buildings.
