Spitzmüller AG once again recognized as an outstanding employer: "Best Workplaces in Consulting 2025"

We are delighted to have been recognized by Great Place To Work® as one of the "Best Workplaces in Consulting 2025". This prestigious award confirms our commitment to an employee-oriented corporate culture and trusting and appreciative teamwork.

The basis for the award is an anonymous and representative survey of Spitzmüller AG employees on topics such as trust in managers, team spirit, fairness, recognition, respect and identification with the company. In addition, the measures and programs implemented by the company management to promote an attractive workplace culture were evaluated as part of a culture audit. The weighting of the two surveys is 3:1 in favor of the employee evaluations.

In total, numerous German consulting companies of all sizes took part in the Great Place To Work® industry competition and voluntarily submitted to an independent audit of their workplace culture. We were able to hold our own in this demanding selection process, making us one of the best employers in the consulting industry in Germany.

It is particularly pleasing that 95% of our employees rate us as an excellent employer. They particularly value our annual development meetings, the wide range of benefits such as company health insurance, the comfortable working environment and the family atmosphere. This positive feedback encourages us in our continuous efforts to create a motivating and appreciative working environment.
