Our annual conference took place this March. Under the motto "We look to the future", our employees gathered for an inspiring and insightful exchange.We were guided and moderated by Claudia Weyrauther from lumanaa.
The focus of the conference was on individual development, communication within the company and security in change processes. Together with the Spitzmüller team, we developed our vision and values creatively and playfully in group work. This allowed the team to expand their knowledge and prepare themselves in a variety of ways for a SAG 2030 prepare.
At the end of the conference, our team felt motivated to continue actively shaping the future of our company. The SAG Annual Conference 2024 was a clear commitment to future-oriented corporate management!
